At Pehalwan, your satisfaction matters to us. If something isn’t right, we offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your item.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order is damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us immediately at info@pehalwan.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that we do not accept returns for:

Exchanges
Need something else? The fastest way is to return the item first. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order.
EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, no questions asked. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
